For Bearer Bonds, the document requirements are minimal or non-existent due to their unique nature. Bearer bonds do not have ownership records with the issuing entity, meaning whoever physically holds the bond owns it and is entitled to the coupon payments. However, for the purpose of issuing or managing Bearer Bonds, some documents might still be required based on the regulatory framework of the issuer.

In some cases, investors may need to sign a declaration or agreement outlining the risks of investing in Bearer Bonds, such as the lack of legal recourse if the bond is lost or stolen.
